Day 25 Progress---I AM GETTING STRONGER!

Although you can't see muscles, I can definitely see huge progress. My why? To become a better me, healthier, stronger, less stressed and motivated to keep it up permanently. I am changing my habits, one day at a time, noting in a gratitude post (How was today Awesome?) and just thinking about the wonderful things I have, keeping self talk to positive messages, like, I am getting stronger, when I am struggling to complete another rep.
