I have been recently test for a Gluten allergy and all results came back that I am not allergic. However over the last couple weeks I have excluded it from my diet. Well after reintroducing it last night I am sad to say that I think the results may have been wrong. Anyone else out there find that they do not have Celia's but a intolerance for gluten that can not be medically determined?

I absolutely understand this ... I can't get my doc to even do a test for allergy b/c my symptoms are not typical, but any time I eliminate gluten I feel 100x better ... add it back in and HELLO weird things happen from joint swelling and pain to headaches to bloating (to the point where I look 4-5 months pregnant) I am actually re-testing a bunch of problem "intolerance" foods for me again to see if I can add any back in or not.
