When It Rains, It Pours!

So my life has been in a season of shambles as of late. I've been indirectly affected by news from my daughter and directly affected by news concerning me. Had a doctors appointment today. Good news: Lost 5 pounds. Bad news: I gained an additional 13 pounds since my last Spark posted weight BEFORE I even lost this 5 pounds! Good news: My blood pressure is slowly getting better. Bad news: I've been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Bad news: I've also been prescribed for a handicapped placard😣😞 because of my arthritic knees & chronic back spasms. My doc says that alot of folks have CHF....that doesn't mean I want to be one of those folks. Legs are always swollen and because I drive a school bus 5 days a week, I can really only take my prescribed water pills on the weekend. This has been one trying year!
