Oct 16th More tests and appointments, but so grateful

Needed more imagine for something and yesterday appointment was filled with good news and education. The flowers my husband gave me for my birthday is still brightening up the hotel room. I brought my instapot and spices/food with me to the hotel. I am grateful I got a room with a small food prep area. Taking restaurant/a off the necessity list has reduced my stress and costs greatly. Prior to trip I grilled lean pork loin and hot dogs. I browned ground beef. I had potatoes and carrots too. My husband ate most of the beef and I shared pork and hot dogs with Amber too. I was able to track my food fairly well. Morning breakfast was plain oatmeal, boiled egg, strawberry yogurt a banana and some decaf coffee....on the days I wasn't fasting for tests.
