Stress eating

Today I seem to be frustrated by the smallest things... a coworker, scanning a document. Today's advice to myself is to not sweat the small stuff because I know it will lead to stress eating and squash my motivation. I need to be more in control of my emotional eating habits and to take that frustration out in my work outs. Maybe a little kickboxing with you know who's face on the bag, or walking all over that darn scanner on the treadmill.
