Taking the Before and After Picture

There is a great article on SP about taking the Before and After picture.

I have not ever taken the before picture and have a ways to go to take an after picture.

Why haven’t I taken a picture? Don’t want to see? Probably. Don’t take a lot of selfies? Yes. Modesty? Yes. I know I don’t have to post the pictures. I can take them for myself and put them on my fridge or some place where I will see them everyday. I should do it for me.

Kudos to everyone who decided to share your own pictures. You are all an inspiration.

    I understand how you feel, but after having a health coach this past year, I was glad that I took a before because the after was really inspiring even though I have a ways to go yet. I don't post them though.

    I should have taken a before picture. I have photos that have been taken of me that I can see or sometimes stumble upon. I don't like pictures of me. It's hard to not find all of the things that I don't like about my appearance. I think it's wonderful that many people have before and after pictures that they've posted. It would probably do you good to see a picture of yourself before you started SP. You certainly don't have to post it here on SP but putting it on your fridge would be a good place to put it.
