Friday's weigh in

I woke up this morning at 3:30 a.m. I had some oatmeal with chopped half a banana in it with some cinnamon and brown sugar and skim milk at a little after 5:00 a.m. this morning. I have been trying to stay within my calorie goal this week. I have been using my colored containers but if my calories are too low or my healthy fats are low I add another container or two. The Cize exercise program that I bought had a eating plan with it that follows the 21 day fix colored containers but I read in that eating plan that if you feel like you need to eat more food add other colored containers to your daily eating. So that is what I have been doing. I have been doing my elliptical for one hour a day then doing Cathe' Friedrich's basic step for 25 minutes and then 30 minutes of Beachbody's Cize.I do these exercises to try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.
I weighed this morning and was down .4 lbs. I am losing some weight but it is slow lately. My husband's birthday is tomorrow so I am afraid I will be up some next week. I hope that if I watch what I eat but enjoy the food and the mini cupcakes and ice cream and I have better eating the rest of the week I will be good weight wise.
