Day A - A for Awareness

I have had multiple starts and stops lately. Have been working on awareness in recent days, trying to take note of problem areas and emotions. I dont onow if I'm even at day 0 yet but I'm working on it.

    The best way to begin is to begin. Put one foot in front of the other. If your knee is still iffy, reward it with a warm soak. Proper self-care is a marvelous habit to cultivate.
