I am in love with popsugar workouts. I do them thru YouTube for free. I do 5 workouts a week ranging from 30-50 minutes. I have been doing these since sept 1st and have lost 14 lbs. my goal was 20 lbs between sept til dec. I am on track for that. 140 here I come. After the holidays i continue my progress to my ultimate post pregnancy goal of 130lbs. Feeling so strong. I was 189lb when I gave birth to my son in March of this year. after I starting gaining weight instead of losing when he was 5 months old, I knew I had to get it done myself and change my habits.
