Time and Dreams

Do you ever feel that time is racing by?
I cannot believe that we are already at the midway point of November.
I am not sure I can fit all the unfulfilled hopes and dreams for 2019 into the next 6 weeks, lol.
But I can stop and take a look at where I started, and where I am now, and be grateful for the many things I did accomplish on my 2019 list. I can also plan to mindfully make the most of these next six weeks, to spend time with those I love, to get out and move, to make the healthiest choices possible on my health journey. If I do these simple things I know I won't be disappointed in how my year ends, and I will be happily embracing the new beginnings of 2020.
I am glad I took time to dream at the end of 2018, it sure has made 2019 a different year. I imagine if I had not taken the time to dream there would be so many things I wouldn't have done this year.
I am going to set the dream machine in motion once again these next few weeks. There are places to go and people to see, goals to achieve, dreams to make a reality!
November is a time to be grateful, and also a time to refocus and reset the course of this journey called life to make sure I am headed where I want to go. After all, there is a brand new year with totally blank pages to look forward to!
