So, there is an Apple watch 5k challenge for a new badge. My husband easily completed the goal. I did one mile (not the needed 5K) and this was due to my back and hips being very tight. I am, of course, gaining weight again (the thyroid issue was great with losing weight) but now I must do it on my own...
So, I will set two fitness goals (big ones):
1) to complete the 5k (on the treadmill) next Thanksgiving for that Apple Badge!
2) lose weight, feel more confident and purchase a new swim suit for the pool this summer.
