Day 162 - On Track!

My goal for this winter is to lose a pound a week and keep up with the gym. I'm doing both! I've lost a pound a week for the past two weeks and been to the gym 5 days a week. I'm feeling very good mentally and have high hopes for this winter. I'm just going to keep chipping away at this next 20 pounds...one week at a time, one pound at a time.
