All green on my Versa, achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps for today. Got in a great Chest and 5 min boxing combo this afternoon. Tomorrow's workout plan is At home Shoulders/Arms and 20 min walk. Macros were great today now to be more consistent with them. Instead of a mini goal of 132 by the end of the year will shoot for 135 since I just have 3 weeks until the end of 2019. I've got 6.7# to go to reach my goal of 135 and 16.7# to go to reach my goal of 125 by April of 2020.
