Challenge Days 80 and 81

Documentation of my last 2 challenge walks are above. Casey dog accompanied me on these walks. Last eve my back was hurting and I went slowly. This morning I started stiff and sore and slowly but it loosened up and I about got us to our usual speed.
The documentation also shows I had a bad night's sleep night before last, but last night I got 8 hours and 10 minutes. My average for the week of 6 hours and 39 minutes means I do need to try a little harder to get sleep especially on mornings I have to wake up at 6:15am to take Natalie to school. I have total control of when I get in bed, caffeine intake, and use of screens before bedtime; I don't have total control over the amount I actually sleep.
My average steps per day for the week are 12,624. I usually average my goal of 15,000 but the back issue has affected that number. I also usually run 3 times a week and I haven't run since an easy run on Saturday the 7th. I haven't run hard since Nov 30th.
You also see that my recorded resting heart rates of 61 and 64 are not terrible, but higher than the 55-59 that I like. I may have lost some fitness. I notice that this rate tends to go higher when I am sick or injured and less active.
So much for data! I shared with Aquagirl that despite the fact that I'm sticking to WW Blue food plan without difficulty, I feel fat. She commented that a backache affects ab muscles. Maybe that's why I'm feeling fat!
I have registered for the Holly Jolly Jingle Bell Jog tomorrow at 7:30am. I have purchased a silly costume to wear and intend to have fun with it. I expect to have to walk. Oh, well. Yes, hope I can at least walk it. Rain is predicted although my good friend is predicting the rain will blow over before the race. I hope that is not just wishful thinking. My friend is picking up my bib today, although I have to drive myself tomorrow because the Galloway runners doing Holly Jolly are planning to run 11 more miles after the 5K and I'm definitely not up for that!
We have a dance lesson this eve in a neighboring town. It is with a different group of people we have not joined before. I'm sure I will have to take it easy.
Tomorrow eve we take the grandgirls to a play, Miracle on 34th Street. We've heard that the local 2nd grader in the lead is phenomenal. Then Sunday is the piano recital for all 3 of us. Going to be a Holly Jolly Musical Joy-filled weekend!!
