So I have fallen off the healthy life style wagon and the wagon ran over me... The effects on my heath are adding up. So painful as it is I am dragging my self up and getting back on that wagon. I can do this!
I'm sore whether I go to the gym or not, so figure I should have a reason to be sore - ha! What I was losing after 2 yrs off the gym was flexibilty, big time. Still am not making it to the gym as often as I need to but am improving from where I was. 44 days ago
