Mood and Weight Loss

Yesterday I was feeling down. There are several reasons but one I hadn't realized contributed to the mood. I am losing weight and weight loss can effect your mood. My guess is that part of the reason is that the chemical balance in the body is changing. This is something that I want to be aware of and keep in mind. I am losing rather fast but I am feeling better overall physically. Just need to monitor.
