Week 7 Update on Keto & IF

I had a bad day yesterday Thur. 12/12/19 I Broke my 48-day streak of No Sugar. I had 4 pieces of Andes Chocolate Mint candy. If you don't know what size those are, they are about 1 1/2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. I know because I measured one. I guess that's the Virgo in me.
I have a slight headache and low energy. But I'm not going to get down on myself about it, after all, I'm human and I make mistakes.
Today is a new day! NO SUGAR again.!!!
The only thing I Really Miss from my Former Way of life is Chocolate Milk,(2 %). so in Week 3, I started having a 4 oz. glass of Heavy Whipping Cream with a half a teaspoon of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of stevia once a week. On Keto, you don't count calories and you are going for Fewer Carbs and Higher Fat and that gives me 3 grams of Carbs and 44 grams of Fat plus, it satisfies my craving for Chocolate Milk.
That's enough of the boring stuff.
