Week 7 Update on Keto & IF

Friday, December 13, 2019

I had a bad day yesterday Thur. 12/12/19 I Broke my 48-day streak of No Sugar. I had 4 pieces of Andes Chocolate Mint candy. If you don't know what size those are, they are about 1 1/2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. I know because I measured one. I guess that's the Virgo in me. emoticon

I have a slight headache and low energy. But I'm not going to get down on myself about it, after all, I'm human and I make mistakes.

Today is a new day! NO SUGAR again.!!!

The only thing I Really Miss from my Former Way of life is Chocolate Milk,(2 %). so in Week 3, I started having a 4 oz. glass of Heavy Whipping Cream with a half a teaspoon of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of stevia once a week. On Keto, you don't count calories and you are going for Fewer Carbs and Higher Fat and that gives me 3 grams of Carbs and 44 grams of Fat plus, it satisfies my craving for Chocolate Milk.

That's enough of the boring stuff.

I could talk about IF (Intermittent Fasting) for those of you that have questions about that please just ask and I will do my best to answer how that is going. In the meantime here is a video of how it works and what it does for a person by Dr. Berg.

    Hi TSHAWGER, Thanks for asking.

I want 3 things, one was the chocolate taste and the other was to test my blood sugar and see if I could go right back to No Sugar without any issues of cravings. It was all a success I'm happy to say.
