Christmas Is Over

Friday, December 27, 2019

All the planning, organizing, preparations that are a part of what makes our time with family are all very much worth it! We downsized on gifts even more so this year. The kids had fun figuring out riddles and finding a little cash in each end result. A hot cocoa and mimosa bar were present. I wanted more interaction this year amongst all so they all had to figure out what they were from Christmas song to Naughty. I stepped back and observed all the interaction and loved it. The ladies got to do a gift ball and that was a bit of frenzy but oh so fun. And the Minutes to Win It Games were a lot of fun - 6 participants out of 16 but not bad. I'm now home until 6JAN2020 and have many plans. DeChristmasing, relaxing, regrouping the house, seeing friends that I didn't connect with before Christmas. But most important now starts the process for ME of planning, organizing, and prepping for the New Year. Lots of new recipes to try. My treadmill is cleared off and ready for use. I bought a new fitbit. My planner is ready for words and thoughts to appear. It's going to be a GREAT 2020.
