Goal Setting for 2020

I haven't put much effort into setting proper goals. Mine are usually fairly vague. My first goal for 2020 work on making SMART goals. Which means they are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. I know one goal that I'm already working on - getting more sleep! I would love to get 8 hours of sleep most nights of the week. I'm really getting better at going to bed earlier, but I have a lot of room for improvement.
