New year and old goals - Many medical issues but basically working at aging gracefully and maintaining health as best I can. Still dreaming of seeing ONE-derland on the scale someday!!!
Maintaining a simple life, trying to do a couple flights of stairs daily and wear pedometer to be sure I get in 2500 steps to maintain basic activities of daily living. Hoping to become more accountable for exercise this year by learning seated exercises.
Diet: Celiac means eat gluten free diet. Prediabetic dictates low carb. Desire to lose weight means portion control. I find Trim Healthy Momma is good low glycemic, moderate-but- consistant- with-very-meal-protein and good quality fats [less than 1/2 of them saturated] is heart healthy for my two stents and water/herbal teas = to 1/2 my weight in ounces is good for all the above but still limited for congestive heart failure.
The Joy of the Lord is my strength - my faith definitely grows each year and we are scheduled to become grandparents in January!!!
