I hate always having a "Day 1" but I am putting a positive spin on it. I want to count up to my 100th day of exercise. I will do this...it's time for me.
Today, I started with a 15 minute Leslie Sansone workout. I used to do her workouts all of the time and then I had an involuntary work transfer and life was just hard for two years. I did lose a ton of weight but that was due to stress and a clunky thyroid. I have a new job and a normal thyroid, so time to get moving!
One resolution for this year is to always wear exercise clothes when I work out ( and not pajamas). My sports bra did not really fit well today and I did buy a new (bigger size). The front zipper kept slipping down!
