BLC 42 - Smart Goals

Here are my SMART goals for this round of the BLC:
I fell out of maintenance and now start the new year and this round of the BLC at 145. My maintenance range was 127-140 pounds. My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds and get back and into my maintenance range starting today and over the next 13 weeks. Measurement will occur each Wednesday during weigh in of BLC42. I will do this by sticking to the nutritional and fitness streaks that I selected of at least 20 minutes of fitness and eating at least 5 freggies a day for at least 5 days a week as well as tracking everything I eat. In addition, I will do the following on at least 5 days of the week:
1. Drink 6-8 cups of water
2. Stay in my calorie range
3. Incorporate strength training of some sort at least 2 days a week.
I am tracking all of this on Sparks and will refer to this blog to keep me accountable as well as my Ninja and Spark friends.
