Day 1 (2020) Journal Entry

Well as the day winds down I am here to reflect on my day..

I was not all that bad, but then usually the first day goes pretty good, Right?

I checked my sugar, it was 115 at about 3 pm today, so that is not bad at all..I do not check it daily so my next check will be Tuesday, but fasting.

I did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone walk today which was about 45 minutes long, my hips were killing me by the time I got done as was my lower back. I am hoping all that pain dissipates as I continue this journey.

My weight was not so good this morning, for now I will keep that to myself, if you don't mind.

I tried entering my food here but for some reason it is sooo slow, so I will just log that on my Real Appeal App.

I ate good though, had just cheese and a cutie for breakfast, skipped lunch, wasn't hungry an had homemade green beans, small white potatoes, sliced tomato and a turkey burger (no bun)
Then I splurged on a pudding in a cloud, and now I am here to avoid the late night TV snacks.

So Day one is done, I am proud of how I did today..and hope to continue this trend and actually have improvement as time goes forward..

So it's Forward and Downward!
