Week 1 Gains and Losses

What I’ve Gained-
1. Control over my eating. It’s so freeing to not crave junk all the time. When I don’t eat it, I don’t want it. Finally!
2. More energy! Who knew a healthy diet and lifestyle could take the place of my second cup of coffee.
3. Confidence. I made it one week, might as well go for 2!
7 pounds! Good riddance and take some of your buddies with you.
