Winter 2020 Challenge Prep
This will be my fourth challenge. I've made progress in each one, although never 5%. I average about .5 lb weight loss/week when working the program, which seems low. Maybe I'm expecting too little of myself, but maybe that's a realistic amount. Progress not perfection. Hopefully this time I will lose more.
One of my greatest challenges has been negative self-talk/excuses/sporadic follow through. To address this I'm going to journal using the 100 days to weight loss book by Linda Spangle that was mentioned in someone's blog along with the challenge.
