Days 3 and 4~~2020

Day 3 was an awesome day, I was up bright and early..got in a 30 minute walk with Leslie and did 30 minutes of free dancing.

LOL, I am one of those people who love to dance, and I will dance whenever I get the chance, which is not too often these days.

I love any kind of music, when I dance I dance to whatever is playing whether it's slow or fast I just move with the music

Day 4 was an okay kind of day, not a lot of heavy activity today, and yep it's my fault, I got up this morning with every intention of repeating day 3, but got engrossed in the news and what is happening in world.
I did get in 1 mile, so it was not a total loss, tomorrow will be better on the exercise front.

I am logging everything I eat and am staying in my Sweet Spot everyday, even a little under sometimes, and I am feeling good.

Getting all my water in, so that is a big plus for me!!! Again it's a struggle, I have to keep my water in front of me at work so I will be sure to drink at least every 30 minutes.

I am so focused on this journey this time around and I know that if I set my mind to I can do it, it will take time and there will be struggles, lots of them, what with a slow thyroid and all, but I got this.

Gonna go relax a few minutes before heading off to bed!

Day 5 will be a better day..Me and God got this!
