Stop and breathe and plan to succeed

The second half of the last decade was every hectic and challenging both personally and professionally. I was always too busy to take any time for me and I progressively gained back all but 2 kilos of the 23 kilos I lost way back when Spark People was part of my everyday routine.
Just before New Years eve I visited my sister to catch up with her and her family who were still all home following Christmas.
My nephew took a photo of me holding his baby son on my camera for me.
When I saw the size of my upper arms in that photo later at home it was the prompt I needed to change what I was doing.
I planned to start with the New Year but I started that very day signing back into Spark People.
I am setting myself some steps along the way. Being under 120 kilos by my sister's birthday in February for that next lot of family photos is the first goal.
2020 is going to be the start of MY decade.
