I've lost 15lbs so far!
Reflecting on the last 5lbs, For me, It's been a long enough time to have to slow down, reflect... on why I wasn't achieving weight loss, (I stalled for several days), changing strategy, and considering the advice of those on spark who have been successful and kept the weight off for a long time. Infact I read the studies produced by spark people, and I considered the stat on those who were successful didnt regret the time and effort they put into getting the weight loss, against those who didn't succeed, did,
Hardship builds character ... and memories :)
I shot a film over the last 24 hours of me getting the gym set up and meal prep done for Keto Boot Camp, I wrote it the program into my "body builder training notebook"... This journal... I wanted it for 4 years!?!?!,, finally get to use it! I even set up all the details for the 12 week cut in the back of the program (its kinda advanced it asked to set back chest and leg strength goals)... wot?
I won't be editing today, but can say this
I was in shock at the meal plan. I clearly wasnt doing keto the way others do, and SO much Meat! but having my first steak in forever yesterday, I felt 'better' from eating it, So learning from my stall, I rested, i didn't do HiiT just.. a 5 min walk. hah. and went to bed EARLY :D
I didn't get to see 111kilo, we skipped it! today I'm 110.4 - so .. I am delighted, that the meal plan is working :)
Alright shall we do a before after photo?
That's it from me I am tired and sore from the work out.. I ... think I might need a product that helps with the lactic acid.. cos it's effecting me emotionally lol
