Getting the ball rolling!

I'm totally getting the ball rolling. I was telling to unpack some semifinal stress with my husband about it - why have I been able to do this in the past etc... And I said "I'm having so much trouble getting the ball rolling!" he said "Bingo!" It really gave me the ability to feel okay with going one step at a time. I just keep saying... I'm getting the ball rolling... Getting the ball rolling.... I did 3 workouts with FitOn this week - what an AWESOME free app. I'm going to get some cardio in, depending on this week's weather - I'll do that at planet fitness. I hope I can do more than walk, but I gotta see how that back is feeling. 😊 Imagine. A 150lb girl that used to be maniac fitness lady almost unable to move. That's me.
