Almost all green just might miss active minutes but achieved my steps per hour goal and have over 15K steps today. Macros were OK today but still need to be more consistent with increasing protein while decreasing carbs and keeping fats at or under 35grams was over today by 2grams today. Back feeling better but will see how I feel in the morning to see if I take another gym rest day or not.

    Do what you can--unless you eat the SAME THING every day, I imagine there will be variations in your counts.
