Today it day 3 of being "snowed in" and recovering from hurtin my back doing who only knows what. I was able to do my simply fit board for 1 hour with no problems at all. I was doing great until just after noon. I got super hungry and went overboard on snacking. I made a good healthy spaghetti squash dinner and am going to try to be mindful the rest of the night. I am going to start guided meditation for emotional eating tonight.
