What to do next about weight loss???

I was steadily losing weight up to early September by dropping meat from my diet. I was a low fat pescatarian for 7 months. Then, due to a problem with my toe, I had to go on a high protein diet. I re-added meat, and put on ten pounds in a short period of time. I am now 9 pounds up from that low I reached in the summer.

I have a grocery list written out for tomorrow that includes brats and sauerkraut on it, and steak and baked potato.

Even with this recent gain, I am 51 pounds down from my high, which I was at many years ago. Part of me says, Look, you've lost a lot. Why not just give it up?

Well, I have heart issues, and leg issues, that make taking off my final forty nine pounds to my goal pretty important.

I have tried intermittent fasting, but found eating seafood and low fat vegetarian food was a successful and mostly enjoyable undertaking.

So, as I am writing this blog, I am returning, in my mind, to that pescatarian mindset. I will change my grocery list tonight. In place of brats, I will get some Beyond Sausage. in place of steak, it will be some wild salmon. I think, as a result of going over this in my mind, I am back! Possibly, back to losing weight.
