Couldn't drop off to sleep last night even after walking 2.5 miles with the walker. Maybe I over did it with the other exercise? Took a rest day today so I'll just do some ,ild strengyj and stretch training.
KATIE5668 yoga is so good for you..easy to do and great for flexibility and balance. I do some chair exercises with those stretchy bands...hurts when they pop loose and come back to get ya!! Have a good weekend Rusty!! 30 days ago
