Week 3 Begins Tomorrow

Almost 12 pounds down and still feeling motivated and excited. Finally, I’ve gained some control over my eating. I don’t feel the need to stop by McDonald’s for fries, or to buy candy to treat myself. I am finally treating my body how it deserves. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Whole grains. Actual nutrition that’s leaving me full and satisfied, healthy and proud. I can’t wait to see my results 6 months from now.
