Goals for Monday 01/20/20 to Sunday 01/26/20

Right now I'm in a bit of a holding pattern because I'm dealing with some medical issues and I'm waiting to hear back on some bloodwork to see if anything comes back funny. As a result, I'm going to tone back a little bit this week. I didn't make my (rather lofty) goals from last week anyway, so toning back isn't too big of an issue for this round.

    I like how you adjusted your goals as needed, and have check off lists. I am being pulled in so many different directions that I need to sit down and make a physical list just like yours! Any additional word on the blood work?
