Quick update! Going in a good direction! Energy up! Brain fog clearing! Mood way improved. I am doing intermittent fasting in a short window, so fasting 20 hours; 4 hour window of able to have food. Getting in 1350 to 1500 calories (depending on exercise)
and it really is working. Before I had worked out, plus counted calories & not great progress consistently. Somehow having that fasting in the morning while I am moving around, cleaning stalls, feeding horses, walking around has turned on the burners in my body & I am burning stored energy now (fat) instead of food. Am slimming down, hubby is noticing, I feel great and cravings are under control. I think I have found what fits and works for me.
From 221.8 to 212.8 in 26 days. I am back on track for my original goals.
