“Exercise snacking refers to “fun-sized” portions of exercise that fit into a day instead of what you may have traditionally thought of as exercise.”
I read an article about exercise snacking and it motivated the socks off of me! I’ve been preaching something is better than nothing and small bouts of exercise since the beginning of my journey. Nothing hit me like the term “exercise snacking.”
Snacks are things you may not notice adding calories in the moment but really hit with an impact. Exercise snacks do the same but don’t wear you out, hurt, and they burn calories.
My favorite exercise snacks are using my desk cycle or house walking.
