Some will desire to have the truths of God’s word disregarded.

Do you know the voice of the Bridegroom? (Matthew 25:1-13; Hebrews 1:1-4; Revelation 19:7).

Jesus said, “These things I have spoken to you that you should not be made to stumble. They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father nor Me. But these things I have told you, that when the time comes, you may remember that I told you of them. And these things I did not say to you at the beginning, because I was with you. But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and none of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’” (John 16:1-5 NKJV).

Jesus remains the same yesterday, today and forever. He points out that some people will desire to have Bible believing Christians thrown out of their congregations. They will reject the word of God and all that Jesus has taught.

No matter what happens to believers in the last days, Jesus has promised not to forsake us.
The Holy Spirit and the Word of God are our means of knowing the things of God. We must have ears to hear what the Holy Spirit reveals to the church.
