2019 turned out pretty good. I was down 20 pounds year end to year end ( with a bit of a gain mid year which turns that into almost 25 pound loss from mid-July to December 31.
I am down about 5 pounds so far in January so my progress continues.
I am not a consistent journal person. I decided to change that this year.
I saw this in an advertisement and ordered it immediately.
It came with a few stickers, I ordered a few more, created a few of my own and here is the result.

Each month, one chooses a goal and then simply tries to meet that goal every day. I took these photos last week, I am currently up to date.
I added some lines and track food, steps, other exercise, sleep, RHR and BP
I set an interim goal of 15 pounds (not necessarily for BLC42, it just fit on the page
Each month has a standard calendar that I use for events, appointments, etc.
I am adding more motivation as I go......
I already have the page with the daily goal check offs but found these circle trackers, trying to incorporate them as well.
