Four qualities of a Helpful Mindset

1. Develop Awareness- When you're more conscious of your thoughts (without judging them- that's the most important part),. You can begin to understand how those thought d will affect your feelings and your behaviors. Then you can explore the ways that shifting your thoughts may impact your actions.
2. Alter your perspective- It's easy to get stuck on what's going wrong. Instead transition your focus to whats going well. View setbacks as opportunities that can help you grow. For instance reflect on three things you are grateful for big or small and write it down.
3. Remember what Matters most to You - Your Why is the reason you want to be healthier. It may differ from mine because it's yours alone. Keeping it in mind helps you to connect to the things that matter most to You. Setting you on a path that will bring you closer to your personal Goal.
4. Practice self-compassion- Remember No One is perfect, and we all hit setbacks. Ask yourself how would you encourage a friend who is struggling? Applying that mindset to Yourself can keep you on track.
For in Life , many things don't go according to plan. If you fall, get right back up and keep plugging away. If you should stumble my friends , regain your balance.
