I’m feeling so happy and hopeful about my lifestyle change. I no longer feel the need to stuff myself at all hours of the day. I have a support system and some friends trying to lose weight with me. I’m more mindful about getting enough water, fruits and veggies, and protein. Everyday it feels easier and easier. Plus, 20 pounds gone in 6 weeks!
