Good for you for tackling the challenge of planning! It is SO much easier to be mindful of what I eat when we've got a plan for the week, and it has really reduced the amount of food waste from groceries we purchased and then didn't use in time. It's been healthy for our budget, too - we're not doing impromptu dining out because we KNOW what food we have at home and what's for dinner tonight!

I find it so much easier to stay within range when I plan. Good job planning so you don't have to grab fast food.
