Happy Tuesday!

It has been a pretty good day, other than being tired. I don't think that I have influenza, but I feel like I'm fighting something. My ears have been bothering me today. I'll wait it out a little bit before I figure out what to do, especially since I've had trouble with my ears off and on for the past 3 years with the whole "Eustachian tube disorder" issue. Ugh.

Anyway, I ended up getting up before the alarm, which was set for 4:45. I did get my workout done and got Matthew up so that he could head out early for archery practice. I woke Jacob up and then took my shower. We had our breakfast and I got the dishes finished up then I took him to school.

I enjoyed my day immensely after I got back from dropping him off. The sun was shining, nobody else was home and I was able to just relax. I got caught up on most of my CBS shows, I just have God Friended Me left to watch. I just ran out of time since I had to go to Adair to practice with the 7th/8th band soloists. That went well and I was back home about 3:45.

It was a definitely a day that I needed. I love my boys and I'm glad that I can take care of them, but after 10 days, I needed a recharge day. It helped so much with my mood!

1. Nutrition: okay for the most part
2. Fitness: Barre Blend: Booty Blend 7 (standing pretzels were crazy!)
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional and will have my prayer/journal time before bed. Phone time has been okay.

Tomorrow - I have most of the day at home, just an hour of rehearsal at the middle school around noon. Final rehearsal with the 6-8 band kiddos that have contest this Saturday. I will tackle some laundry. I didn't do any housework today other than dishes and making the bed.

I am feeling much better with motivation and energy after taking larger doses of D3 for a couple of days.

Glad you had a quiet day!
