DAY SIX - MORE WATER WEIGHT OFF- NEXT TWO POUND GOAL MET

Today I am at 160. So I guess I am still losing water weight. 8 pounds in 6 days. Yes. It's water weight, but it still feels good that I am maintaining my loss. I have passed my two pound goal of 163, so now my next two pound goal is 158.

EXERCISE
I missed day three of my 30 day challenge. Oh well, I will just do it today. That is still an improvement over what I have been doing. That will be three days I have exercised this week. I have not done that in a long time.

EATING
I have upped my protein intake and I'm doing well with the intermittent fasting. This is also day three of no coffee.

Thank you Lord for keeping me on track.
