Spring Cleaning for self

1.) I will be working on Meal Planing for the week. 2.) Wed, Fri & Sat I will be soaking up some rays :) . 3.) When I only sleep 7 hrs a night I will take a cat nap 4.) I will find a Stretch video & do it every day. 5.) I will try to walk after every breathing Treatment. 6.) I will clean a little every day in the Kitchen. 7.) I will do a few more counter Push Ups
