Day 241 - Another Winter Month Is Gone!

I'm a little closer to my goal of not gaining any weight over the winter months. February turned out to be ok for me. I actually lost 3 pounds! I know, it's not much. But it's not a gain, so I'm very happy. I also made it to the gym 5 times each week. I'm actually pulling this off! Now on to March. Same goals: don't gain any weight and visit the gym 5 times a week. And of course, keep my mental health in check.
