Today is the beginning of the last week in the Winter 5% Challenge. I don't usually blog, but that is one of our assignments for this last week. I have not done well at all so far, so today I am examining my progress so far and determining what changes I need to make to be successful. The main thing I need to do is PLAN and follow through. That includes planning meals and a good workable exercise plan. This winter has been so rainy and gloomy that I have lost interest in doing much of anything. I know that is not the way for a healthier lifestyle, so today, I am working on putting together a plan that I know I can implement for success. I know I can do this if I just develop the right mind set. It's too easy to blame my hypothyroidism, and that does make it more difficult, but I know it CAN be done.
