Now is the time.

Well I had a decent February. I lost 4 pounds. I am now 2 pounds from goal. I was pretty on plan and my exercise was on point. So, yes, this month was good to me. I am actually only half a pound from my goal weight but I plan to take off two additional ‘insurance’ pounds as well before tackling maintenance.

My short term goal for 2020 was to lose 6 pounds in 6 months and, so far, I am on track to do just that. Since that would place me firmly at my goal weight, my long term plan is to tackle and maintain my weight through 2020 and beyond.

It has taken me quite a while to reach this point but I did it. Now I will celebrate and look forward to a happy, healthy lifestyle that I can and will use to keep this weight off.

I am ready for the next chapter.
