Suns Out, Guns Out!

Today is the start of a brand new month! I can't believe we've already made it through 2 months of 2020. I was inspired by Sookie to do an arm strengthening challenge. She did this one last month, and since today is a beautiful day, the start of a fresh new week and a fresh new month, I started the challenge today! I even took before photos so I can look for a difference at the end of the challenge. I'll probably have to do it more than once, or increase my weights as I go through the challenge to really see a difference.

But for once I'm taking before photos instead of kicking myself AFTER I've started seeing results and wishing I had photographic evidence. I'm really excited to see what kind of progress I can make with my arms. I'm a welder, so my arms are already a little bit strong since I do a lot of lifting and carrying of heavy steel. But I know there is still a lot of room for improvement.

These short challenges are always a fun way to keep me motivated and goal-oriented so I am more likely to stick with the healthy habits I'm trying to make a permanent part of my life. I'm also doing the Biggest Loser Spring Challenge which starts soon. Our first weigh-in is this Thursday. AND I'm doing 2020 Spring 5% Challenge as well!
