We are in our last week of the 5% Challenge. This week we are suppose to blog which is not something I am real good at. I didn't do so well this round but I will be back for the next round and plan to do better. I will never give up!
Over the weekend I got all my trigger foods out of the house. My goal for this month is to keep them out of the house and see how much better I do.
I also signed up for a one year strength training class at the fitness club I to. I will also be working with a nutrition coach too so I hope this will help.
I had my doctor appointment last week and everything looked good except my sugar level and it went up a little. I don't have diabetes yet and I don't want it either. I know I have to get serious about this or I am going to be sorry if I don't.
